Karyn Rekuc and Margot Anderson are the Education/Wellness team in 2026. This team creates programs to raise awareness among the IslandWalk Pickleball community on topics such as player ratings, injury prevention, conditioning, and nutrition. They also maintain the first aid supplies at the pickleball courts.

Margot Anderson, Brooke Masher, Karyn Rekuc and Pam Hayes are the Social team in 2026. This team coordinates with the HOA in planning social events and organizes and oversees volunteers for these events. Along with our annual Spring Social, they organize additional social activities and oversee the IW Pickleball online apparel store, pickleballxtra.com.

Margot Anderson is the lead for New Player Orienation.  This involves setting up new player clinics and social.
