Operations Lead / Facilities / Communications

The Lead Operations role for PAG is currently open due to the number of new PAG members. On a temporary basis, this role will be filled by Steven Schmitz who was the Operations lead when PAG was first formed and was previously an HOA Board member focused on IslandWalk recreational programs and facilities. As an interim member, Steve will not have voting rights on the PAG. In this role he will help set the strategic direction for PAG and act as liaison with the HOA and other groups within IslandWalk. He will also set the agenda for and facilitate PAG meetings, manage the new member on-boarding process and continue to review and update PAG Operating Guidelines.
