Karyn Rekuc, Bill Herbert, Betsy Zipf and Jane Wentland comprise the Competitive Sports Activities Team for 2024. They will take the lead in organizing Captains and Players for West Villages “Road to the Cup” and Englewood PickleBowl. Contact anyone on the team for more information.

Beth Burgan and Karyn Rekuc lead the wellness team for 2024. In this role, they will work to raise awareness among the IslandWalk Pickleball community in wellness related topics such as injury prevention, conditioning, and nutrition. Opportunities to bring in experts for demonstrations or seminars will be offered to the community. They will also maintain the first aid supplies at the Pickleball courts.
