Happy Fall to IslandWalk residents. The Relay for Life Team is back in full swing for our 2026 fundraising year. This will be our 11th year together raising money for the American Cancer Society. Please review the documents included that show the results of our fundraising from 2025 and the cumulative amounts we have raised over the last ten years. It has been a true labor of love!

 

What’s in store for this year you ask? The Greater Venice Area Relay Group is hosting a Gala at Plantation Golf and Country Club on January16th with

dinner, dancing and a silent auction. Please see the flyer in this newsletter. This should be a very memorable night.

 

We have our Life is a Cabernet wine event on February 5th, our Basket Raffle and Bake Sale on March 28th, and we will be having 50/50 raffles at the outdoor concerts scheduled in January, February and April. We also hope to have our Super Bowl pools and of course our very lucrative work at Cool Today Park for Atlanta Braves Spring Training.
