IslandWalk currently uses the Reserve My Court (RMC) system to enable residents to reserve the IW bocce, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as the ping-pong and pool tables in the Event Center.
The IslandWalk RMC User Guidelines provide instructions for residents to register on the RMC system and connect to the IslandWalk amenity areas.
In an effort to ensure fair and equitable opportunity for all residents to use IslandWalk facilities, the Court Reservation Rules and Regulations governing the amenity reservation process were established by the RMC Site Administrators and approved by the HOA General Manager. The indicated Rules have been configured into the RMC system, while the associated Regulations constitute a code of conduct intended to limit potentially abusive behavior.
Questions or comments regarding the use of the RMC system should be directed to the HOA front office.
RMC Court Reservation System
Account Registration Guidelines
The RMC system is used to reserve bocce, pickleball, and tennis courts in IslandWalk. These are the steps that you need to take to register a new account on RMC.

To access RMC, go to this website: https://reservemycourt.com/login

Click on Create an account and follow the Set-up Wizard instructions.

Your User-ID will be your email address.

Your Password must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least one large case letter, one small case letter, one number, and one special character.

A verification request will be sent to the email address on your account.

Upon successful login, the system will open to your RMC Dashboard.

You now need to update your user profile. Click on the My Profile tab in the menu on the left. This will bring up an array of blue tabs.

Click to open the General Info tab. Verify or fill out all of the requested contact information. When completed, click Save and close this tab.

Click to open the Address tab. It is important that you fill this out with your IslandWalk address – including zip code and country – to ensure that your time zone is in sync with that of the IW Clubs. Click Save and close this tab.

Click to open the My Clubs tab. This will show you which clubs you are currently registered for. If you need to add a Club, click on the CONNECT TO MY CLUB tab at the bottom of this page. You will then be able to select from a list of clubs in the drop-down menu. IslandWalk clubs are listed as follows:

ISLANDWALK RESORT CENTER PB – VENICE (for courts 1-4)

When you select a new club, a request will be sent to the IslandWalk HOA System Administrator for resident verification and approval. We will try to get to these as quickly as possible. When finished, close this tab.

We are not currently using the My Wallet feature, so you can ignore this tab.

Click to open the Preferences tab. Only check email alerts that you want to receive. Confirmation and Reminder emails concern the status of reservations that you make. Click SAVE and close this tab.

Finally, the Password tab can be used when desired to change your password.
Making Court Reservations:

In the column on the left, click on the Club associated with the court you want to reserve. This will open a sub-link called Club Schedule. Click on this.

You will now see a calendar page of current court reservations. To change the number of courts you can view on this page, use the ZOOM IN and ZOOM OUT buttons on the top of the page.

Click on the date above the court schedule grid to reveal a calendar. Select your date of interest, and the system will display court availabilities on that day.

To make a reservation, either click on the CLICK HERE button at the top of the page or click-and-drag on the desired court-and-time combination in the grid. Either of these actions will open the Reservation Set-up Wizard box.

On the first Wizard Box screen, (TIME) verify the Date, Start-time and Duration of your reservation, then click NEXT

On the next screen (AMENITY) verify which court you want, then click NEXT.
Note: you will not be able to click on courts indicating a “Reservation Conflict” meaning they are currently reserved for that period of time.

On the next screen (DETAILS) you do not need to enter any information. Click SUBMIT

You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation (if you selected this option in your User Profile Preferences)
