FAQs
How do I report a maintenance issue encountered at the tennis court?

Court Maintenance issues can always be reported directly to the management company (Castle) by submitting an Amenity Maintenance Request. Issues may also be directed to the TAG email account islandwalktag@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the date the issue was discovered, the court number if applicable, and a brief description of the problem. The date the issue was discovered is important. Many issues are reported multiple times some directly to the management company and others to TAG. It can get confusing on whether an issue was previously reported and already fixed.
Should I sweep the courts and brush the lines after playing tennis?

If the Har-Tru on the courts is dry courts should be brushed after usage for both social or league play. Do not attempt to brush a wet court. Brushing a wet court causes the Har-Tru to collect on the brushes so they don’t work properly. The Lines should always be cleaned after playing.
What do I do when I discover someone left their personal belonging at the courts?

Most times it’s best to just leave the item where you found it. The majority of people will come back to the courts once they realize they left something behind. If you know the people that played prior to you on that court then you could reach out to them directly and tell them what you found. If the item is of value please take it to the front desk at the Resort Center and tell them where the item was found.
Can I play on a wet court?

No, the courts should not be used when wet as this can damage the court surface.

How can I determine if a court is playable?

If there are water puddles on the court (called 'bird baths'), don't play. If your feet sink in when walking on the court, don't play. If you are not sure sure, don't play!
